Direct to Film (DTF) Printer: A DTF printer is a type of direct-to-garment printing
technology that allows you to print designs directly onto a special film that can be
transferred onto various surfaces, including fabrics. DTF printing is known for its
versatility and ability to produce vibrant and detailed prints on textiles.
Powder Shaker: The powder shaker is an essential component in the DTF printing
process. After the design is printed onto the special film, a layer of adhesive powder is
applied to the printed ink. This powder helps to enhance adhesion and ensures that the
design transfers accurately to the target material.
Oven: The oven and heat press is the final steps in the DTF printing process. After the
adhesive powder is applied to the printed design, the material is placed in the oven. The
heat activates the adhesive, causing it to bond with the fabric or surface, resulting in a
durable and high-quality print.

Explanation of the Process:
Printing: The DTF printer prints the desired design onto a special film.
Powder Application: After printing, the powder shaker applies a layer of adhesive powder
onto the printed design.
Shaking Off Excess Powder: Excess powder is usually shaken off to ensure that only the
necessary amount adheres to the printed design.
Curing in the Oven: The material with the printed design and adhesive powder is placed
in the oven. The heat from the oven activates the adhesive, creating a bond between the
design and the fabric.

1- By not using Crazy dog Production brand ink and film will void any warranty for the
printer or equipment.

LIMITED WARRANTY AND REFUND POLICY
12 Month limited Warranty: Crazy Dog Production offers a 12-month Limited warranty
which pertains to replacement of faulty materials during the first year from the date of
purchase of the machine (except for damage caused by the user, or other circumstances
that does not depend on manufacturing defects). Consumable parts are excluded from the
warranty, such as: print heads, dampers, inks (such consumable parts are available as
spare parts if needed).
Manufacturer Technicians can assist you by chat or video chat to help replace a part and
trouble shoot during this time. Once the Limited warranty ends, the customer is
responsible for any part cost and trouble shooting. Customers may self-install parts or use
their own technicians. But Crazy Dog production is not responsible for any damaged caused
during self-repair.

What is covered:
The limited warranty will cover parts like the mainboard, power board and power cord are
covered any replacement part can only be replaced by the limited warranty only once
during the warranty period. The warranty period will be considered complete.

What is not covered:
The limited warranty will not cover the front feed roller and its components, heat elements
or heat tubes are not covered, any part that touches the ink that includes the printer heads.

Additional Limited Warranty Terms:
1. The Limited Warranty and Support are valid for original purchaser only and are non-transferable
2. The limited warranty will not cover physical, cosmetics, or shipping damage by the
carrier. In that case, is the customer’s responsibility to open a direct claim with the carrier
company to report any damages.
3. The limited warranty will not cover damage caused by disasters, such as fire, flood,
lightning, improper electrical current, software problems, or interaction with non- Crazy
Dog Production products.
4. The limited warranty will not cover damage caused by improper installation, failure to
follow the proper instructions, performing preventive maintenance, improper or abnormal
use, misuse, neglect, or accident including but not limited to improper storage or
transporting the product without the proper preparation and packaging, unauthorized
adjustments, modifications or addition of accessories, normal wear and tear or external
causes such as accidents or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.
5. The limited warranty is VOID if the product has been altered or modified in any way,
including but not limited to attempted repairs without prior authorization from Crazy Dog
Production or the use of unauthorized parts.
6. The Defective on Arrival (DOA) period is 10 days starting from the date the customer
receives the shipment. If the product you purchased arrives with missing parts or non

working parts that are not covered by the limited warranty, we will cover the replacement.

7. Printers that have been converted (including diy printers) to DTF and are not DTF
Printers from the manufacturer or maker are not covered by the limited warranty or any
warranty.

WARNING:
Because this printer is ink based, it requires continual use. Lack of use for more than a day
or two can cause the ink to clog and lead to longer maintenance cycles possible print
defects. It is suggested to have a humidifier (to keep the humidity above 50% in the print
room) and an air purifier / fume extractor for the curing process. (Fume extractor is

WARNING: OPERATE IN A WELL-VENTILATED AREA with an appropriate filtrations
system (fume extractor) and use protective equipment when working with DTF products
and processes as fumes may be hazardous. DTF inks and film require a good humidity
environment – over 50% humidity is highly recommended to minimize risk of ink clogs and
film buckling.
